- • The Solution Manager, Academic Solution at GenScript Biotech Corporation serves as the primary technical liaison between the company and its academic and research customers, driving customer satisfaction and business growth through expert technical support, proactive account management, and solution-oriented guidance. This role is critical in translating complex life science needs into tailored GenScript offerings, ensuring seamless project execution from inquiry to delivery while strengthening long-term partnerships in a fast-paced, innovation-driven biotech environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing primary business, technical, and product/service advice to customers, including generating accurate price quotes and designing customized project solutions based on specific research requirements; analyzing customer needs to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve complaints, and recommend additional services or products aligned with their evolving research goals; identifying potential concerns proactively by anticipating future needs during ongoing customer interactions and making strategic recommendations to enhance satisfaction and retention; maintaining consistent, high-touch communication with customers while coordinating with internal technical support, R&D, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution; collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, and operations teams to align customer feedback with internal capabilities and drive sustainable growth through improved service offerings; and organizing and delivering training sessions — including live presentations and product demonstrations — for internal sales teams and external distributors to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

- • In this role, the Solution Manager will develop deep expertise in life science technologies — including gene expression, protein engineering, antibody development, and CRISPR-based tools — while honing advanced consultative selling, technical communication, and project management skills. 🎯 Requirements
- • PhD in a relevant life science discipline such as cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, or peptide therapeutics
- • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- • Customer-centered mindset with a proactive, action-oriented approach to anticipating needs and driving solutions
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively across internal departments
- • Willingness to travel occasionally despite the fully remote nature of the role
