- • Serve as the primary liaison between PTC and Solution Providers to foster strong, strategic partnerships that drive pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- • Assist Solution Providers in developing and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with PTC’s Partner Program Guidelines across all customer segments.
- • Lead enablement initiatives for Solution Providers covering Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Technical Support, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery of PTC solutions.
- • Collaborate with Partner Marketing and PTC Marketing teams to define, align, and execute joint pipeline generation strategies.
- • Work directly with partners to accurately forecast sales performance within the Solution Provider segment and ensure forecast reliability.
- • Align Solution Providers with PTC’s Extended Ecosystem to enhance go-to-market effectiveness and ensure adherence to program requirements and success metrics.
- • Design and implement a governance model to ensure consistent pipeline development and sales execution across all partnered organizations.
- • Manage partner business planning, including setting objectives, tracking performance, and identifying growth opportunities at both portfolio and geographic levels.
- • Oversee partner program management to ensure compliance, engagement, and continuous improvement within PTC’s partner ecosystem.
- • Deliver partner enablement and training programs to build capability and confidence in selling and implementing PTC technologies.
- • Manage partner marketing activities to amplify joint brand presence and generate qualified leads through coordinated campaigns.
- • Monitor and optimize pipeline management processes to maximize conversion rates and revenue outcomes from partner-sourced opportunities.
- • Position the value of PTC’s partner offerings internally to PTC teams and externally to customers to drive adoption and satisfaction.
- • Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external partner executives at all levels.
- • Advocate for partner needs within PTC to ensure their priorities are understood and addressed across product, sales, and support functions.
- • Ensure partners are equipped with the knowledge and tools to differentiate themselves in the market and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in partner management or sales
- • Prior experience as a Channel Account Manager or Partner Manager for System Integrators
- • Deep knowledge of solution provider, reseller, or System Integrator channel business planning and execution
- • Strong financial and strategic planning background with ability to work effectively with partners
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills to present analysis and recommendations to executive management
- • Working knowledge of PTC products and sales processes
