- • As a Platform Solution Specialist at Procore Technologies, you will serve as the technical lead throughout the customer sales process, ensuring customers maximize value from the Procore platform by aligning technical capabilities with business needs and driving successful deal outcomes.
- • You will own the technical win strategy across the sales cycle, collaborating with Account teams to address technical objections, design tailored solutions, and position Procore’s platform functionality and partner ecosystem as strategic advantages for construction industry clients.
- • Day to day, you will become a Procore platform expert on customization, configuration, permission management, and integrations, while leading technical demonstrations, coordinating internal and external resources, and mapping customer business processes to platform capabilities to showcase measurable value.
- • You will partner closely with Account Managers and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption, expansion, and churn mitigation, while providing ongoing updates on product benefits, use cases, and competitive positioning to inform sales strategy and customer sentiment.
- • Working within a highly collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven culture, you will leverage your construction industry knowledge and consultative approach to tell compelling stories that connect Procore’s technology to real-world construction challenges, helping clients modernize their operations.
- • You will continuously expand your expertise in competitor landscapes and partner solutions to refine Procore’s value proposition, identify cross-sell opportunities in enterprise accounts, and support Account Managers and leadership with technical insights that improve deal forecasting and likelihood.
- • This role offers the opportunity to grow as a trusted advisor and technology evangelist in the construction tech space, developing deep proficiency in platform selling, solution architecture, and customer success strategies that directly impact revenue growth and client retention.
- • You will gain exposure to cross-functional initiatives with Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support teams, enabling you to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies based on frontline customer feedback and market trends.
🎯 Requirements
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- • 8+ years of proven success in software sales, preferably within the construction or construction technology industry
- • Demonstrated expertise in technical discovery, solution selling, and scaling processes within a Procore or similar ecosystem
- • Outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills across virtual and in-person channels, including telephone, email, and video conferencing
- • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- • General knowledge of Procore’s API and how integrations are created and managed
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and build trusted, long-term customer relationships
- • Familiarity with construction industry verticals such as general contracting, subcontracting, and real estate development is a plus
- • Direct experience with the Procore platform is highly preferred
- • Passion for technology evangelism and modernizing the construction industry through innovation

- • Competitive base pay range of $131,040 - $180,180 USD annually
- • On-target earnings (OTE) range of $218,400 - $300,300 USD annually, including bonus incentives
