- • Serve as the primary technical and product expert for Blockdaemon’s Wallet, Staking, and Node/API solutions across EMEA, supporting Tier 1 global financial institutions and other security-conscious enterprises.
- • Collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to assess prospect pain points, define product fit, and guide technical evaluations to drive successful enterprise sales cycles.
- • Design tailored blockchain infrastructure solutions that align with customer workflows, business goals, and regulatory requirements, maximizing value from Blockdaemon’s full-stack institutional offering.
- • Lead professional services engagements and proof-of-value demonstrations to accelerate adoption and support Blockdaemon’s Land and Expand strategy for large institutional clients.
- • Represent Blockdaemon at industry conferences, webinars, and technical events, engaging diverse audiences including engineers, compliance officers, and C-level executives.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate presentations and demonstrations, adapting depth of detail for stakeholders ranging from developers to board members.
- • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, prioritize feature enhancements, and ensure product readiness for enterprise deployment.
- • Develop and maintain technical documentation, best-practice guides, and architecture diagrams that incorporate real-world customer insights and industry standards.
- • Advise clients on secure deployment models, API authentication protocols, and enterprise integration patterns aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance expectations.
- • Provide expert guidance on digital asset custody, key management, and cryptographic security architectures to support institutional adoption of blockchain infrastructure.
- • Work cross-functionally with Commercial and Product teams to expand Blockdaemon’s market presence and product relevance in EMEA’s institutional digital asset landscape.
- • Support end-to-end technical sales processes including scoping, RFP responses, technical due diligence, and post-sale implementation planning.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with blockchain networks including Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana, and their respective APIs, node infrastructures, and staking mechanics.
- • Deliver technical thought leadership through market-facing content and client-facing engagements that reinforce Blockdaemon’s position as a trusted institutional blockchain partner.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of total work experience with at least 5 years as a solutions architect or similar role
- • Experience with multiple development languages (e.g., Typescript, Solidity, Rust, Go), blockchain development frameworks and SDKs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- • Awareness of the institutional digital asset landscape, including operational and security concerns specific to banks, asset managers, and other regulated entities
- • Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles in a pre-sales or solutions capacity, including scoping, proof-of-value demonstrations, and technical evaluations
- • Experience working directly with Tier 1 financial institutions or other large, security-conscious enterprises, ideally within EMEA
- • Comfort translating between technical and business audiences, and tailoring presentations for stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-level executives
