- • As a Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to help utility leaders exceed expectations by replacing inefficient legacy systems, managing increasing operational complexity, and meeting evolving customer demands. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise solutions that address the unique and complex business needs of our utility clients.

- • Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with clients, understanding their current challenges and future aspirations, and translating these into robust, scalable, and effective technology solutions using SpryPoint's comprehensive suite of products, including SpryCIS, SpryEngage, SpryMobile, and SpryWallet.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end solution design process, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to detailed solution architecture, configuration, and successful implementation. This includes mapping client business processes to SpryPoint's platform capabilities, identifying gaps, and proposing innovative workarounds or customizations.
- • A key aspect of this role involves acting as a trusted advisor to our utility clients, providing expert guidance on best practices in customer service, operations, and technology adoption within the utility sector.
- • You will engage with stakeholders at various levels within client organizations, including IT departments, operational teams, and executive leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in for proposed solutions.
- • The Solutions Architect will also be responsible for developing and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of SpryPoint's solutions, showcasing their value proposition and technical capabilities.
- • You will work hand-in-hand with our implementation teams, project managers, and product specialists to ensure seamless deployment and successful adoption of the designed solutions.
- • This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise software implementation methodologies, cloud technologies, and the specific challenges and opportunities within the utility industry.
- • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions and implementation processes by providing feedback from client engagements to our product and engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role, with a strong focus on enterprise software solutions, preferably within the utility sector or a related regulated industry.
- • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS platforms, and modern software development principles. Experience with CRM, ERP, or CIS (Customer Information Systems) is highly desirable.
- • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business terms for diverse audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of designing and implementing successful enterprise-level solutions that address complex business challenges.
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
