- • As a Solutions Architect at Semperis, you will be an indispensable member of our Customer Success Technical Delivery team, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our clients successfully leverage our cutting-edge security and identity products.
- • You will be at the forefront of post-sale technical engagements, translating customer business objectives and technical requirements into robust, effective solutions.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to architect and deliver technical solutions that align with and exceed customer expectations, driving value and ensuring their security and identity infrastructure is optimized.
- • You will lead the technical aspects of production deployments within customer environments, meticulously designing the deployment architecture, providing critical technical assistance throughout the implementation phase, and proactively troubleshooting and resolving any configuration issues that may arise.
- • A key part of your role will involve diagnosing and resolving complex Windows Server OS and Active Directory issues that are encountered during the deployment process, ensuring a smooth and successful integration.
- • Post-deployment, you will continue to provide high-level technical support to our customers, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and operational efficiency with Semperis solutions.
- • You will serve as a crucial conduit for technical information, effectively conveying and documenting technical requirements between customers and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- • Your insights will be invaluable to our product, sales, and engineering departments; you will provide essential feedback and input to these teams, helping to shape the future development of our products based on real-world customer challenges and successes.
- • You are expected to cultivate and maintain an expert-level understanding of all Semperis products, enabling you to develop and present innovative, tailored solutions that highlight the unique value proposition of our offerings.

- • You will collaborate closely with sales teams during the pre-sales process to provide technical expertise and validate solution designs, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound and meet customer requirements.
- • You will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Semperis products.
- • Your role will also involve contributing to the development of technical documentation, including implementation guides, best practices, and troubleshooting resources, to empower both customers and internal support teams.
- • You will actively participate in internal technical training sessions, sharing your knowledge and expertise with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development across the organization.
- • You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Semperis products or services by understanding customer needs and demonstrating how our broader portfolio can address their challenges.

- • You will contribute to the overall success of the Customer Success team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing best practices, and supporting team goals.
