• • As a Solutions Architect based in Seoul, you will be a pivotal force in expanding Cohere's market presence and impact. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively partner with Account Executives and Executive Leadership to articulate and demonstrate the profound value of our AI solutions.
• • At Cohere, Solutions Architects are recognized as indispensable technical experts, acting as trusted advisors to both our valued customers and internal teams. You will serve as a passionate product evangelist for Cohere's groundbreaking technology and a thought leader, actively contributing to pushing the boundaries of applied AI.
• • Your core responsibilities will involve developing an in-depth understanding of complex customer challenges. You will meticulously map these challenges to Cohere's innovative solutions, serving as the primary technical advisor and owning the technical relationship with key stakeholders. By leveraging your deep technical acumen, you will significantly drive the adoption of Cohere products, both within customer organizations and across our internal teams.
• • A critical aspect of this role is to act as a conduit for customer insights. You will gather invaluable feedback and intelligence from customers, which will directly inform and shape the future development and roadmap of our AI products. This feedback loop is essential for maintaining our competitive edge and ensuring our offerings remain aligned with market needs.
• • This dynamic position requires you to be both a strategic visionary and a hands-on implementer. You will personally lead the charge in deploying customer pilot programs, meticulously designed to showcase the tangible business value of our technology to strategic enterprise and government clients. Your ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes will be paramount.
• • As the dedicated technical relationship owner, you will engage closely with stakeholders to grasp their overarching business objectives. You will then translate these objectives into robust and effective technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact. You will take full ownership of the customer's technical narrative, acting as the authoritative voice of the customer and serving as a crucial liaison between the client and our Product teams.
• • Furthermore, you will provide expert guidance on best practices for leveraging Cohere's platform, proactively identify opportunities for enhancement within the platform itself, and cultivate internal technical champions within customer organizations. This proactive approach will accelerate adoption, foster deeper engagement, and ensure a continuous flow of feedback aimed at refining and improving our products.
• • A typical day in this role might involve leading engaging technical discussions during customer calls, architecting sophisticated enterprise solutions for complex deployments, conducting in-depth analyses of customer queries and Cohere's technological capabilities, and facilitating customer evaluations and pilot projects. You will also contribute to the development and documentation of scalable processes to empower the Solutions Architect team and other adjacent teams within Cohere.
• • Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure our AI offerings precisely meet the evolving needs of our customers. Additionally, you will partner closely with our ecosystem of partners to devise and execute strategies that enable and accelerate their customers' success with Cohere technology.
