- • As a Solutions Architect at MongoDB, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor guiding customers from startups to global enterprises in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using the MongoDB data platform.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate closely with sales teams to solve customer business problems through technical discovery, demos, proof of value, and presentations, while driving deal progression and contributing to business growth.
- • You will be part of MongoDB’s Pre-Sales organization composed of seasoned technical sales professionals, software architects, entrepreneurs, and developers who take direct ownership of customer success, including software design, deployment, and operations.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in MongoDB’s product suite, hyperscaler ecosystems, modern architecture patterns (including microservices, DevOps, cloud, and security), and cutting-edge RAG and AI architectures, while enhancing your communication, customer interaction, and sales enablement skills.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, with ideally 2 years in a customer-facing role
- • Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#) in a professional capacity
- • Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in both cloud and on-premises environments
- • Demonstrated ability to work with customers to review complex application architectures and provide technology-driven improvement guidance
- • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts clearly and compellingly to technical and business leadership
- • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams to formulate and execute end-to-end deal cycles
- • Willingness to travel up to 25%
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
