• • As a Solutions Architect based in Japan, you will be instrumental in expanding Cohere's business reach and impact. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Executive Leadership, serving as the primary technical liaison to communicate and demonstrate the profound value of our advanced AI technology to the market.
• • In this critical role, you will embody the core traits of a Cohere Solutions Architect: you will be a deep technical expert in the field, a trusted advisor to both customers and internal colleagues, a passionate product evangelist for Cohere's groundbreaking technology, and a thought leader actively pushing the frontiers of applied AI.
• • Your primary responsibilities will involve developing an in-depth understanding of complex customer challenges and expertly mapping them to Cohere's innovative solutions. You will work hand-in-hand with our partners, acting as the trusted technical advisor who owns and nurtures the technical relationship with key stakeholders.
• • By leveraging your extensive expertise, you will significantly increase the adoption of Cohere's powerful products, both within customer organizations and across internal teams. Furthermore, you will be responsible for gathering invaluable insights and direct feedback from customers, which will be crucial in shaping the future direction and evolution of our product offerings.
• • This dynamic position demands a unique blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution. You will personally lead the deployment of customer pilot programs, meticulously designed to showcase the tangible business value of our technology to strategic enterprise and government clients.
• • As the dedicated technical relationship owner, you will engage collaboratively with stakeholders to thoroughly understand their overarching business objectives. You will then translate these objectives into robust and effective technical solutions, ensuring alignment and driving successful outcomes.
• • You will take full ownership of the customer narrative, acting as the authentic voice of the customer within Cohere. This involves serving as a critical liaison between the customer and our Product team, ensuring that customer needs and perspectives are clearly communicated and understood.
• • You will provide expert guidance on best practices for leveraging Cohere's platform, proactively identify opportunities for platform enhancement and improvement, and cultivate strong technical champions within customer organizations. This will drive deeper adoption, foster long-term partnerships, and ensure a continuous feedback loop for product enhancement.
• • A typical day at Cohere as a Solutions Architect might involve leading the technical discussion track on crucial customer calls, designing sophisticated enterprise architectures for complex deployments, conducting deep dives into customer queries and Cohere's advanced technology, and facilitating customer evaluations and pilot projects.
• • You will also contribute to the scalability and effectiveness of the Solutions Architect team and adjacent teams by developing and documenting essential processes. This includes close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to ensure our offerings precisely meet customer needs and working with partners to develop strategies for enabling and accelerating their customer success.
