📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Architect at MongoDB, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor guiding customers to design and build reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB’s data platform, playing a key role in winning deals and driving business growth.
• • Day to day, you will design and architect scalable applications, advise customers on MongoDB optimizations, collaborate with sales teams on technical discovery and demos, generate demand through technical initiatives, foster customer relationships, and mentor team members while staying current on product and industry trends.
• • You will join MongoDB’s Pre-Sales organization, a team of seasoned technical sales professionals, software architects, entrepreneurs, and developers who take direct responsibility for customer success across startups to Fortune 100 enterprises.
• • In this role, you will master MongoDB’s product suite, gain expertise in cloud ecosystems and complementary technologies, learn modern architecture patterns including AI/RAG systems, and refine sales techniques and soft skills through ongoing training and field experience.
