  • • As a Solutions Architect Consultant at Guidehouse Inc., you will play a critical role in forecasting financial outcomes for healthcare services, projects, and operational changes by assembling and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
  • • Your work directly impacts cost transparency, compliance, and optimization efforts, enabling clients to make informed investments and manage financial risk in complex healthcare environments.
  • • Day to day, you will analyze documentation to identify cost-influencing factors, leverage historical data and trends to build accurate profit and loss forecasts, and develop detailed cost models that support bidding, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • • You will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to gather requirements, manage bid processes, and present complex financial analyses in clear, actionable formats for both technical and executive audiences.
  • • You will evaluate cost alternatives, identify savings opportunities, and recommend optimization strategies that improve financial efficiency without compromising service quality or compliance standards.
  • • You will ensure adherence to corporate policies, healthcare regulations, and statutory requirements by maintaining accurate cost databases, supporting audit readiness, and documenting assumptions and methodologies in alignment with industry best practices.
  • • You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by refining estimation techniques, staying current with healthcare revenue cycle trends, and sharing knowledge across teams to elevate organizational capability in financial forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, engineering, business, or a related field; graduate degree preferred or equivalent experience accepted
  • • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in cost estimation, financial analysis, or healthcare revenue cycle management
  • • Proven experience (3+ years) in cost estimation techniques, financial modeling, and advanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
  • • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, reimbursement, and financial workflows
  • • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present complex information clearly to stakeholders
