- • As a Solutions Architect at Mapbox, you will serve as a trusted technical and business advisor, partnering with enterprise customers to design, prototype, and deliver location-based solutions that turn data, mobility, and mapping into measurable business outcomes.
- • Your day-to-day will involve leading technical discovery sessions, designing scalable architectures using Mapbox SDKs and APIs, responding to RFIs/RFQs with detailed proposals, conducting workshops and demos, and collaborating with sales and product teams to drive customer success and expansion.
- • You’ll join a global team at Mapbox, the leading real-time location platform powering navigation for people, packages, and vehicles worldwide, trusted by over 4 million developers and enterprises seeking secure, flexible, and privacy-compliant mapping solutions.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in enterprise architecture, geospatial technologies, and AI-driven location intelligence while influencing product direction through customer feedback and shaping go-to-market strategies for complex industries like logistics, telecom, and weather.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, customer-facing engineering (pre-sales/post-sales), or technical consulting
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- • Proven ability to design and present scalable architectures using Mapbox SDKs, APIs, and platform services
- • Strong business acumen and comfort working autonomously across distributed teams
- • Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders
- • Experience leading technical responses for RFI/RFQ and crafting comprehensive technical proposals
