- • Solutions Architect (EST or PST) at Deepgram Inc., a leading Voice AI platform powering real-time speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agent applications for over 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations including Twilio, Cloudflare, and Jack in the Box.
- • Own end-to-end post-sales customer engagements, resolve complex technical issues as an escalation point, design automation and self-service tools, analyze support trends, and collaborate with product teams to influence roadmap priorities based on customer needs.
- • Part of the Applied Engineering (AppEng) team, which unifies solutions engineering, sales engineering, implementation, and technical support to serve as the technical interface between Deepgram and its customers throughout their lifecycle.
- • Develop expertise in Voice AI technologies, build scalable support systems, contribute to product improvements, and grow into broader implementation and pre-sales roles while driving customer satisfaction and retention through technical excellence.
