- • As a Solutions Architect in the Elastic Operations (Managed Services) team at phData, you will lead the design, operation, and continuous improvement of large-scale cloud-native data platforms for enterprise clients, ensuring reliability, performance, security, and scalability across Snowflake, AWS, and Azure.
- • Day to day, you will own and drive architecture and implementation of modern data platforms, translate business and technical requirements into scalable designs, ensure on-time delivery with measurable value, mentor technical teams, contribute to internal automation and best practices, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders shaping platform roadmaps.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in cloud data architecture, drive automation and standardization across managed services, mentor engineers, influence strategic client decisions, and grow as a technical leader in a high-performing, distributed team with access to challenging projects and structured development pathways.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience designing, operating, and supporting cloud-native data platforms and enterprise data ecosystems, ideally across Snowflake and major cloud providers (AWS and/or Azure).
- • Production support and architectural experience with cloud-native data warehouses (Snowflake and/or Redshift) and cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), including IAM, storage (S3/ADLS), and compute services.
- • Hands-on experience with data integration, streaming, and orchestration tools such as Spark, Kafka, Fivetran, HVR, NiFi, AWS Data Migration Services, Azure Data Factory, Airflow/Managed Airflow, Luigi, or similar technologies.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience creating and delivering clear, executive-ready technical presentations and recommendations.
- • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams, take ownership of multiple priorities, and mentor engineers with minimal supervision.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
