- • As a Solutions Architect at dbt Labs, you will lead the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of dbt Cloud for the company’s largest enterprise and commercial customers, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer success through technical expertise and strategic guidance.
- • Day to day, you will work with customers through their entire dbt Cloud journey—from discovery and demos to evaluations, product adoption, and expansion—while designing enterprise-grade data pipelines, articulating business value, collaborating on architecture and security approvals, and acting as the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmap and partner ecosystems.
- • You will join a fast-growing, mission-driven company at the forefront of analytics engineering, backed by top-tier investors and serving over 90,000 teams weekly, including global leaders like AstraZeneca, Sky, Nasdaq, Volvo, JetBlue, and SafetyCulture, with a culture rooted in empowering data practitioners and advancing the modern data stack.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise data architecture, strengthen your ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders, gain exposure to go-to-market strategy and partner ecosystems, and grow as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the dbt community through blogging, meetups, and industry engagement.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting within data operations, analytics, or business intelligence
- • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in SQL, ETL, and data modeling
- • Firm understanding of modern data warehousing architectures and ability to discuss them fluently
- • Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills to convey complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and translate technical and business requirements into actionable solutions
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (minimum requirement)
