📋 Description

• As a Solutions Architect - Post Sales at hyperexponential Ltd, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor for strategic customers, ensuring the hx platform is deeply embedded in their ecosystems to drive measurable business outcomes in pricing and underwriting.
• Day to day, you will own technical relationships with a portfolio of customers, design and deliver bespoke integrations with systems like policy administration platforms and data warehouses, develop value realisation plans linking technical work to business impact, and build AI-first consulting artefacts that improve team delivery.
• You will join the Customer and Consulting team, which operates at the intersection of technical depth and customer partnership, working closely with Customer Success and Delivery to ensure adoption, margin, and long-term value from the hx platform across global insurers and reinsurers.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise SaaS integrations, AI-enhanced delivery practices, and stakeholder communication, while shaping scalable Solution Architect practices and contributing to reusable frameworks that influence customer outcomes and hx’s market reputation.

🎯 Requirements

• Able to code to a high standard using Python.
• Experience supporting the technical delivery of SaaS platform integrations in a team setting, with beneficial knowledge of AWS architecture, SQL, and computer science or software development fundamentals.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive technical relationships with IT, data teams, and stakeholders through effective communication across differing priorities.
• Experience communicating technical choices and delivery progress to non-technical stakeholders using clear, outcome-driven explanations that link work to business value.
• Background in a post-sale or customer-facing technical role such as Junior Solution Architect, Technical Support, or Implementation Analyst, supporting delivery processes or customer needs.
• Experience using AI or automation tools to enhance work quality, speed, or consistency, with understanding of where these technologies add value.
