📋 Description

• As a Solutions Architect at Cohere, you will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies by designing and delivering tailored agentic AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges, directly contributing to the company’s mission of scaling intelligence to serve humanity.
• You will serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal product teams, translating complex business objectives into scalable, secure AI architectures while advocating for customer needs to shape product evolution.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and delivering proof-of-concepts and demos using Cohere’s Agentic AI Foundry - North, architecting NLP and generative AI solutions for enterprise clients, and leading technical workshops to guide customers through model fine-tuning, custom agent development, and orchestration workflows.
• You will support the deployment and integration of large language models into production environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• You will collaborate closely with product engineering to provide field feedback on agentic AI capabilities, identify gaps in the platform, and contribute to feature prioritization and roadmap planning based on real-world customer use cases.
• You will cultivate technical champions within customer organizations, establish best practices for agent-based AI systems, and drive long-term adoption by enabling customers to successfully operationalize AI workflows across multi-cloud environments.
• You will work within a world-class team of researchers, engineers, and designers at Cohere, where innovation is driven by deep technical excellence and a shared commitment to advancing AI responsibly and inclusively.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in agentic AI architectures, gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art LLM deployment patterns, and position yourself at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation — building skills that are highly sought after in the next generation of AI infrastructure and applied machine learning roles.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture with proven expertise in agentic AI, model customization, and deploying tailored AI models in enterprise settings.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and cloud-native tools including Kubernetes, Docker, and managed AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or Google Vertex AI.
• Experience designing and deploying agentified AI workflows involving multiple interconnected models or agents to address complex business problems.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks like Cohere North and practical experience building and deploying custom agents to production.
• In-depth understanding of generative LLMs, including their strengths, limitations, and operational considerations, with experience in fine-tuning and optimizing models for specific enterprise workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical AI concepts to both technical stakeholders and executive-level audiences.
