- • As a Solutions Architect at Lakera.Ai, you will be a pivotal technical partner, bridging the critical functions of engineering, customer success, and enterprise architecture strategy. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) throughout the entire post-sales customer lifecycle, from initial onboarding to driving expansion opportunities. You will serve as the indispensable, trusted technical advisor for our enterprise clientele, ensuring they not only adopt our solutions but also leverage them to their fullest potential.
- • Your role involves actively guiding customers in implementing best practices for AI security and shaping how they architect and deploy secure AI systems using Lakera's innovative platform. This is a dynamic, hands-on, and customer-facing position where you will be instrumental in designing robust AI security architectures, navigating customers through intricate technical decisions, and ultimately ensuring they can deploy AI systems that are not only safe and scalable but also exceptionally well-governed.

- • You will develop profound expertise in AI security, AI infrastructure, and contemporary AI deployment architectures. This deep knowledge will position you as a go-to technical resource for both our customers and internal teams, enabling you to provide authoritative guidance and solutions.
- • You will lead the technical workstream for key enterprise accounts. This involves a close partnership with CSMs to guide clients through every stage of their journey: from seamless onboarding and successful adoption to achieving tangible value realization and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- • A core responsibility is advising customers on AI security best practices and optimal architectural design. This includes providing expert recommendations on AI gateway patterns, effective integration approaches, critical infrastructure tradeoffs, and strategic deployment methodologies for both Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and self-hosted environments.
- • You will cultivate a comprehensive understanding of each customer's unique existing architecture and specific use cases. This insight is crucial to ensure that Lakera integrates seamlessly, securely, and delivers measurable, impactful results tailored to their environment.
- • You will own the initial phase of technical troubleshooting and solutioning. By collaborating effectively with our Engineering and CSM teams, you will drive timely resolutions to customer issues and contribute to the implementation of robust, long-term fixes.
- • You will play a key role in helping customers adopt emerging AI ecosystem standards and protocols. As the AI landscape continues to evolve rapidly, you will offer clear, forward-looking guidance to ensure our clients remain at the cutting edge.
- • You will be responsible for showcasing new features and capabilities of the Lakera platform, ensuring customers are fully aware of and able to leverage these advancements to maximize their return on investment.
- • You will optimize customer configurations and rollout strategies, ensuring that deployments are not only secure and scalable but also safe, and precisely tailored to the specific requirements of each customer's environment.
- • You will actively support expansion opportunities by providing the critical technical perspective needed to inform customer growth plans and long-term architectural strategy, ensuring Lakera remains a core component of their evolving AI infrastructure.
- • Crucially, you will serve as a vital feedback loop to our Product and Engineering teams. By surfacing real-world customer insights, challenges, and needs, you will directly influence product direction and help prioritize roadmap initiatives, ensuring Lakera continues to meet and exceed market demands.
