📋 Description

• As a Solutions Consultant at Magnet Forensics, you will play a critical role in helping customers understand and implement digital investigative solutions that support law enforcement, corporate security, and national defense missions.
• Day to day, you will engage with prospects and clients to assess their investigative needs, deliver tailored product demonstrations, provide technical guidance during pre-sales processes, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to design effective solutions.
• You will be part of a global, mission-driven team at Magnet Forensics, a leader in digital forensics software, where innovation and integrity are central to protecting communities and advancing investigative capabilities worldwide.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in digital investigation technologies, strengthen your technical consulting and communication skills, and contribute directly to customer success in high-stakes environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
• Strong understanding of digital forensics, cybersecurity, or investigative technologies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
