- • Lead tailored product demonstrations and best practice sessions for compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders at crypto exchanges, financial institutions, and fintechs across APAC, showcasing Elliptic’s blockchain analytics platform to address AML, sanctions compliance, and risk mitigation needs.
- • Own and manage enterprise-level proof-of-concept (PoC) and trial engagements, ensuring technical success, customer adoption, and measurable value delivery aligned with client compliance objectives.
- • Support both new business acquisition and upsell opportunities by providing pre-sales technical expertise throughout the full enterprise customer journey, from initial discovery to contract closure.
- • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client-specific compliance, operational, and regulatory pain points, translating these into targeted solutions using Elliptic’s product capabilities.
- • Map complex customer workflows—particularly for high-value or strategic clients—to demonstrate deep understanding of their risk infrastructure and influence product positioning and integration design.
- • Translate technical blockchain analytics concepts into clear commercial benefits for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment between product functionality and business outcomes.
- • Design and execute customized implementation plans for enterprise clients based on their unique regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, and technical architecture.
- • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests with compelling, competitor-aware positioning that highlights Elliptic’s unique capabilities in crypto intelligence and transaction tracing.
- • Act as the primary technical liaison for strategic partners, enabling joint solution development, co-selling initiatives, and seamless integration of Elliptic’s platform into partner ecosystems.
- • Collaborate with Product and Intelligence teams to curate and refine blockchain use cases and analytics examples, ensuring they reflect real-world regulatory and compliance challenges faced by APAC clients.
- • Interface with the Research team to convert analytical findings into sales-ready narratives and talking tracks used by marketing and sales teams across the region.
- • Work closely with the Global Policy Group to understand and apply local regulatory requirements (e.g., MiCA, VASPs) when engaging prospects in APAC markets.
- • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Elliptic’s product features, API documentation, and technical capabilities to confidently resolve client queries and guide prospect conversations.
- • Create and maintain standardized, reusable demo environments and playbooks to ensure consistency and efficiency across the commercial team’s client interactions.
- • Identify and creatively solve integration challenges to ensure the Elliptic platform becomes a core, “sticky” component of the client’s broader risk and compliance architecture.
- • Continuously improve internal processes by optimizing demo workflows, refining customer engagement playbooks, and developing reusable content to enhance team effectiveness.
- • Engage in client-facing speaking opportunities and industry events to represent Elliptic’s thought leadership in blockchain compliance and crypto intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6+ years of experience in a SaaS Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales role in Crypto/Blockchain, FinTech, or RegTech environments
- • Solid understanding of the crypto industry and its compliance landscape (e.g., AML, sanctions, VASPs, MiCA)
- • Proven experience running successful product demos, PoCs, and trials in complex enterprise sales cycles
- • Strong discovery and consultative skills with the ability to build trust and uncover customer needs
- • Experience working with APIs, mapping integration workflows, and delivering complex technology products to enterprise clients
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to simplify complex technical information
