- • Lead tailored product demonstrations and best practice sessions for compliance, risk, and executive stakeholders at crypto exchanges, financial institutions, and fintechs to showcase Elliptic’s blockchain analytics capabilities in AML, sanctions compliance, and risk mitigation.
- • Own and manage enterprise-level proof-of-concept (PoC) and trial engagements, ensuring technical success, customer adoption, and measurable value delivery aligned with client compliance objectives.
- • Support new business acquisition and upsell opportunities by providing pre-sales technical expertise across the entire enterprise customer journey, from initial discovery to contract negotiation.
- • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to uncover compliance, operational, and regulatory pain points, translating them into targeted solutions using Elliptic’s platform.
- • Map complex customer workflows for high-value clients to demonstrate deep understanding of their risk architecture and influence product positioning based on real-world use cases.
- • Translate technical blockchain analytics concepts into clear commercial benefits for both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
- • Create, maintain, and standardize best practices for product demos and customer-facing materials used by sales and customer success teams globally.
- • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests by positioning Elliptic’s platform effectively against competitors with accurate, compliant, and compelling technical responses.
- • Design and execute customized implementation plans for enterprise customers based on their specific regulatory requirements, technical infrastructure, and compliance goals.
- • Identify and resolve integration challenges between Elliptic’s platform and clients’ existing risk and compliance systems to ensure long-term platform stickiness.
- • Serve as the primary technical liaison for strategic partners, enabling joint solution development, co-selling initiatives, and seamless technical integrations.
- • Collaborate with Product and Intelligence teams to curate and refine blockchain intelligence examples and use cases that reflect evolving client needs and industry trends.
- • Work with the Research team to transform analytical findings into sales-ready talk tracks, training materials, and marketing content used by commercial teams.
- • Interface with the Global Policy Group to understand and apply relevant local regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiCA, FATF guidance) when engaging prospects in specific jurisdictions.
- • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Elliptic’s product features, API documentation, and capabilities to accurately respond to technical inquiries and guide prospect conversations.
- • Continuously optimize demo environments, customer playbooks, and reusable content to improve sales efficiency and consistency across the commercial team.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing insights into industry best practices, emerging compliance risks, and real-world applications of blockchain intelligence.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6+ years of experience in a SaaS Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre-Sales role in Crypto/Blockchain, FinTech, or RegTech environments
- • Solid understanding of the crypto industry and its compliance landscape (e.g., AML, sanctions, VASPs, MiCA)
- • Proven experience running successful product demos, PoCs, and trials in complex enterprise sales cycles
- • Strong discovery and consultative skills, with the ability to build trust and uncover customer needs
- • Experience working with APIs, mapping integration workflows, and delivering/implementing complex technology products to enterprise clients
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complex information and demonstrated ability in public speaking
