- • Own the full client technical relationship from onboarding through long-term success for mid-market and enterprise clients using an AI-powered Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) platform.
- • Lead client onboarding by mapping client marketing channels, revenue sources, and data ecosystems to determine technical integration requirements.
- • Assess incoming client data quality, identify gaps in data pipelines, and work directly with clients to resolve issues before they impact modeling accuracy or downstream reporting.
- • Manage end-to-end data integration processes across client systems and third-party marketing platforms, ensuring data meets platform standards for MMM modeling.
- • Configure and set up forecasting models within the MMM platform, aligning model parameters with client business objectives and marketing strategies.
- • Monitor data flow accuracy, consistency, and system reliability from ingestion through modeling output, proactively detecting and resolving anomalies.
- • Partner with internal engineering teams to escalate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical blockers during implementation and ongoing client usage.
- • Support the sales team during technical discovery calls by explaining product capabilities, scoping integrations, and demonstrating how the platform solves client challenges.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and client success teams to ensure seamless implementations and sustained platform adoption.
- • Translate technical constraints and capabilities into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders, including marketers and operations leaders.
- • Maintain detailed documentation of client configurations, data pipelines, and integration workflows to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.
- • Drive client success by anticipating technical needs, identifying upsell opportunities through platform usage patterns, and ensuring long-term value realization.
- • Operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ownership of multiple simultaneous client relationships and competing priorities.
- • Work during U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) to align with client time zones and support real-time technical collaboration.
- • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication, timely responses, and trusted advisory relationships.
- • Participate in client retrospectives to gather feedback on platform functionality and relay insights to product and engineering teams.
- • Ensure data integrity by validating inputs, auditing outputs, and implementing quality checks throughout the modeling lifecycle.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving client requirements and product updates while maintaining high standards for implementation quality and client satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or similar client-facing technical roles
- • Experience working with SaaS platforms, data integrations, or analytics-focused products
- • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market client implementations
- • Exposure to marketing analytics, marketing technology, or media measurement platforms is strongly preferred
- • Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, APIs, and technical onboarding processes
- • Ability to assess data quality and troubleshoot technical implementation issues
