  • • Partner with Account Executives to engage with top prospects and ensure they maximize value from Front’s platform to close new business deals
  • • Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document technical requirements for integrating Front with their existing systems and workflows
  • • Customize and deliver targeted product demonstrations that highlight Front’s unique capabilities in managing complex B2B customer operations and aligning with specific client needs
  • • Act as the technical project manager for pilot projects, overseeing execution, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements and influence the development of new features
  • • Lead hands-on proofs of concept (POCs) for AI-powered customer service solutions, validating performance, real-world impact, and business value for prospective customers
  • • Design and implement creative technical solutions that enable Front’s platform to integrate with third-party applications and systems using Front’s API
  • • Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic enterprise prospects during the pre-sales phase, addressing complex technical inquiries and objections
  • • Present ROI analyses and technical architecture overviews to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders to drive decision-making
  • • Conduct webinars and virtual demos for audiences of varying technical backgrounds to educate on Front’s platform and AI-driven capabilities
  • • Maintain deep, expert-level knowledge of Front’s API and system integrations to confidently guide customers through implementation scenarios
  • • Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where customer needs are unpredictable, requiring adaptability, problem-solving, and proactive communication
  • • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and customer success to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment across the customer lifecycle
  • • Support enterprise sales cycles by translating business objectives into technical workflows and demonstrating how Front solves complex operational challenges
  • • Manage multiple concurrent pilot projects with different clients, prioritizing based on strategic value and urgency
  • • Stay current on evolving trends in customer operations, SaaS integrations, and AI-powered service platforms to maintain thought leadership in customer-facing technical roles

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-7 years of solutions engineering or architecture experience, preferably at a SaaS company with complex workflow automation or customer support platforms
  • • Proven success partnering with sales teams in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • • Experience working with or integrating AI-powered features and ability to explain their value and limitations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • • Strong understanding of software design principles
  • • Expert knowledge of APIs and experience building or configuring integrations between platforms
  • • Willingness to work hybrid: in-office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
