- • As a Solutions Engineer at Legora, you will serve as a critical technical and strategic bridge between the sales, engineering, and customer teams, ensuring that complex legal technology solutions are clearly understood, effectively demonstrated, and tailored to meet the specific needs of global law firms and legal departments. Your role is pivotal in translating technical capabilities into tangible business value, directly influencing deal outcomes and customer success in a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
- • Day to day, you will lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and use cases; collaborate with Legal Engineers to build compelling demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase Legora’s AI-native workspace; facilitate technical workshops and proof-of-value sessions; respond to intricate technical inquiries, security assessments, RFI/RFP requirements, and implementation feasibility questions; act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle from initial engagement to contract negotiation; design scalable technical solutions aligned with customer needs and product capabilities; translate complex requirements into clear architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and proposal documentation; partner with Product and Engineering teams to validate technical feasibility, relay customer insights, and shape product roadmap priorities; collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to inform deal and technical strategy early in the sales process; support the development of technical sales enablement content such as demo scripts, battlecards, and case studies; and work closely with Technical Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handoff from pre-sale to implementation and ongoing adoption.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-powered legal technology, enterprise sales processes, and solution architecture within a high-stakes domain. You will sharpen your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, influence product direction through real-world customer feedback, and drive measurable business outcomes. Success in this position can lead to growth into senior technical advisory, architecture, or customer-facing leadership roles, all while contributing to the transformation of how legal work is performed globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- • 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a customer-facing technical role, preferably in a B2B environment
- • Proven experience delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to both technical and business decision-makers
- • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and persuasively
- • Experience leading technical discovery discussions and responding to client technical questions, security concerns, and RFI/RFP responses
- • Familiarity with designing scalable technical solutions and creating architecture diagrams, implementation roadmaps, and proposal documentation
