- • As a Solutions Engineer at Adyen, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for merchant teams, guiding them through the design, development, testing, and launch of integrations with Adyen’s payments platform, ensuring an exceptional merchant experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- • You will leverage your development and programming expertise to build scalable, robust solutions for merchant integrations while adhering to payment best practices, and act as a consultative partner in verticals such as e-commerce, point of sale, and multi-faceted platforms.
- • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver seamless merchant experiences, drive continuous improvements, and oversee high-quality project delivery using project management and technical consulting skills.
- • You will provide consultation on optimizing payment solutions—including checkout experiences, authentication, omni-channel payments, and platform onboarding—and work with Developers and Product Managers to enhance the platform, all while operating from Adyen’s Paris office in an office-first hybrid environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience integrating with or providing technical consultation on Web APIs
- • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems (APIs, databases, SDKs, etc.)
- • Excellent communication skills, with comfort leading meetings with high-level decision makers
- • Ability to identify and clearly communicate pragmatic solutions to complex integration problems
- • Good level of written and spoken business English and French required
- • Experience in the payments landscape is a strong plus
