  • • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and leadership to lead complex, enterprise-level sales cycles from initial discovery and technical evaluation through to proposals, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and closed-won deals.
  • • Conduct deep technical discovery sessions and multi-stakeholder workshops to understand customer needs and design tailored AI-powered solutions using Scrunch’s platform.
  • • Own end-to-end technical demonstrations, architecture design, and integration planning, translating product capabilities into clear customer value through data flows, enterprise-grade configurations, and system interoperability.
  • • Manage security, compliance, and procurement processes on behalf of enterprise customers during the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with legal, risk, and procurement requirements.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal/Compliance, and Support teams to ensure proposed solutions align with the product roadmap and regulatory standards.
  • • Feed direct customer feedback and use cases into product development to influence future enhancements and prioritize roadmap items based on enterprise needs.
  • • Support smooth handoffs to Customer Success teams post-sale, ensuring rapid time-to-value and adoption of the platform.
  • • Identify and articulate opportunities for upsells, expansion, and additional use cases during onboarding and post-sale engagement.
  • • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape how the product is positioned and sold at scale to enterprise clients.
  • • Present complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to C-level executives, technical teams, and non-technical stakeholders through polished presentations and responsive Q&A.
  • • Manage multiple concurrent enterprise deals, stakeholders, and priorities with agility in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • • Maintain a deep understanding of AI search and conversational agent platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, and how Scrunch’s solution integrates with them to surface brand content.
  • • Operate from a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the New York City office.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6–10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
  • • Experience working on enterprise-level deals
  • • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
  • • Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to any audience through clear, polished presentations and responses
  • • Experience speaking with and presenting to C-Level executives
  • • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to rapidly shifting market and organizational priorities
