• • As a Solutions Engineer at Legora, you will play a pivotal role as a technical and strategic partner, bridging the gap between our sales, engineering, and prospective client teams. Your primary responsibility will be to articulate how Legora's cutting-edge solutions effectively address the most complex technical challenges faced by our clients. This involves leading in-depth technical discovery sessions, crafting compelling custom demonstrations, and providing crucial support throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
• • This role is perfectly suited for an individual possessing robust technical expertise, exceptional communication abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for collaborating with customers to deliver tangible value. Your contributions will have a direct and significant impact on Legora's growth trajectory and overall customer satisfaction. This is a Stockholm-based position requiring a full-time, in-office presence, as we firmly believe that in-person collaboration is key to achieving superior outcomes in a rapidly expanding environment.
• • Key responsibilities will include spearheading technical discovery discussions to thoroughly understand customer pain points, identify specific use cases, and define intricate requirements. You will work closely with our talented Legal Engineers to develop bespoke demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that vividly showcase how Legora's solutions effectively resolve customer challenges and generate significant value.
• • You will be instrumental in facilitating technical workshops and proof-of-value sessions, ensuring clients gain a deep understanding of our product's capabilities. A critical aspect of this role involves expertly responding to a wide array of technical inquiries, addressing security concerns, preparing comprehensive RFI/RFP responses, and engaging in discussions regarding implementation feasibility.
• • Acting as a trusted advisor and a vital technical liaison, you will guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement right through to contract negotiation. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and proposing scalable technical solutions that are meticulously tailored to meet specific customer needs while leveraging the full potential of Legora’s product suite.
• • You will translate complex technical requirements into easily understandable architecture diagrams, detailed implementation roadmaps, and persuasive proposal documentation. Furthermore, you will foster a collaborative environment by working hand-in-hand with our Product and Engineering teams to validate technical feasibility, relay invaluable customer feedback, and actively influence the prioritization of our product roadmap.
• • Partnering effectively with our Go-to-Market teams, you will contribute to shaping deal strategies and defining the technical approach early in the sales process. Your role will also extend to supporting the creation of essential technical sales content, including demo scripts, battlecards, and case studies, all designed to enhance sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
• • Finally, you will collaborate closely with our Technical Delivery and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless and positive transition from the pre-sale phase into successful client implementation and ongoing support.
