• • In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding customers through the entire lifecycle of Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad range of technical activities, including hands-on deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot, conducting thorough tenant readiness assessments utilizing Microsoft Graph data, and establishing robust governance frameworks. You will be responsible for configuring custom policies, meticulously identifying and mitigating data oversharing risks, and enabling first-party agent capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem. Furthermore, you will actively support the development of both declarative and custom engine agents, ensuring their seamless integration and enterprise-wide governance across critical platforms such as the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Power Platform Admin Center, Azure, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and Agent 365. This involves designing and implementing comprehensive security and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview for data loss prevention and labeling, Microsoft Defender for threat visibility, and Microsoft Entra for identity and access management. You will also play a key role in assessing and reducing data exposure risks by analyzing signals from Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and OneDrive permissions, and external sharing configurations. A significant part of your role will involve designing and implementing end-to-end agent solutions using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform, ensuring alignment of workflows, automation, and extensibility with specific business needs. You will also be tasked with establishing enterprise agent governance, which includes defining environment strategies (DEV/UAT/PROD), implementing managed environments, setting up ALM/pipelines, managing connector governance, packaging solutions, and overseeing lifecycle management. This includes configuring Power Platform environments with DLP policies, managed environments and groups, environment rules, Power Platform pipelines for ALM, and Copilot Studio Kit installation. You will define agent architectures that effectively balance out-of-the-box Copilot features with custom logic and automation, and implement secure, governed environments covering identity, data access, compliance, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Advising on best practices for Copilot adoption, governance, auditing, agent design, evaluation, observability, and operational readiness will be crucial. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable and supportable, and develop technical assets like reference architectures and implementation guides. Additionally, you will support customers in implementing Agent 365 for monitoring and securing agent ecosystems and guide them in adopting new capabilities like Copilot Cowork and pre-built Microsoft agents.
