- • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating Lakera’s AI Defense Platform, translating customer needs into tailored solutions aligned with their infrastructure.
- • Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure rapid onboarding and value realization for customers post-sale, reducing time-to-value and increasing adoption.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, guides, and playbooks to standardize pre-sales processes and support post-sales workflows.
- • Configure and customize Lakera’s platform to meet specific prospect and customer requirements, delivering minor technical changes as needed during implementation.
- • Act as a bridge between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams, feeding direct feedback from enterprise clients into product roadmap decisions.
- • Build scalable Solutions Engineering frameworks by creating repeatable best practices, templates, and methodologies to support growth across global markets.
- • Demonstrate Lakera’s AI security solutions through live technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops to enterprise decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment on customer outcomes and product evolution.
- • Navigate complex enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes to facilitate smooth B2B deployments for Fortune 500 companies and startups alike.
- • Represent Lakera at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, delivering presentations to audiences ranging from small groups to large auditoriums.
- • Maintain deep familiarity with Lakera’s platform, including its integration capabilities, API structure, and security architecture, to provide accurate and confident technical guidance.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience by analyzing implementation challenges and proposing systemic solutions.
- • Work in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment where ownership of outcomes is expected, and initiative drives impact.
- • Contribute to building a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation aligned with Lakera’s mission to secure the future of AI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role
- • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript ecosystems
- • Proven track record of enabling large-scale implementations on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- • Experience navigating enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to customers in 1:1, small group, and large venue settings
- • Self-starter mindset with organizational skills and a track record of driving projects to completion in fast-moving environments
