- • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating Lakera’s AI security platform, translating customer needs into tailored solutions using Check Point's AI Defense Plane.
- • Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure rapid onboarding and value realization for customers post-sale, reducing time-to-value and increasing adoption.
- • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, implementation guides, and playbooks to standardize pre-sales and post-sales workflows across global accounts.
- • Configure and customize the Lakera platform to meet specific prospect and customer requirements, including delivering minor technical changes and integrations.
- • Act as a bridge between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams, feeding direct feedback from enterprise clients into product roadmap prioritization and feature development.
- • Build scalable Solutions Engineering frameworks by creating repeatable best practices, implementation templates, and training materials for growing teams.
- • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align technical delivery with business objectives and customer outcomes.
- • Present technical demonstrations, architecture overviews, and security evaluations to diverse audiences, including CTOs, security teams, and engineering leads, in 1:1, small group, and conference settings.
- • Navigate complex enterprise environments, addressing security, compliance, and IT governance requirements when deploying AI security solutions at Fortune 500 companies and large organizations.
- • Support large-scale deployments across AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring seamless integration of Lakera’s platform with existing cloud infrastructure and toolchains.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Lakera’s product by identifying gaps in functionality, usability, and scalability based on real-world customer implementations.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of adversarial AI threats, AI model vulnerabilities, and enterprise AI adoption challenges to effectively position Lakera’s solutions.
- • Operate with autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment, taking ownership of end-to-end technical sales cycles and customer success outcomes.
- • Represent Lakera at industry events and technical forums, reinforcing brand authority in AI security and ethical AI deployment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role
- • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript ecosystems
- • Proven track record of enabling large-scale implementations on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- • Experience navigating enterprise security, compliance, and IT processes for B2B product deployments
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to technical and executive audiences
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and accountability
