- • Join DomainTools as an entry-level Solutions Engineer in APAC to help enterprise, government, and military customers improve their security posture by operationalizing the DomainTools product suite in a rapidly growing cybersecurity market where threat intelligence is critical to defending against evolving digital threats.
- • Collaborate with Account Executives to design and deliver tailored technical solutions, lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements, conduct customer onboarding and training via the Engage program, and provide T2/T3 technical support by triaging escalations and working closely with product and engineering teams to resolve issues.
- • Become a trusted technical advisor who translates complex cybersecurity concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, contributes to product feedback loops, documents best practices, and drives adoption through innovative solutions that maximize customer value across SIEM, TIP, and SOAR integrations.
- • Work within a dynamic, high-impact go-to-market team in Singapore with up to 40% international travel, supporting pre-sales, discovery, and post-sales activities while building long-term relationships with Fortune 500 and global enterprise clients.
- • Develop deep expertise in DomainTools’ threat intelligence data, cyber threat landscape, and competitive positioning while gaining hands-on experience with APIs, scripting, databases, and analytical tools in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where initiative and independent learning are key to success.

🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrable experience in enterprise SaaS, preferably with Fortune 500 companies, in a customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, technical account management, or sales engineering.
- • Working knowledge of scripting languages (basic authoring), modern object-oriented programming languages (reading comprehension), databases, and analytical tools to understand and support technical integrations.
- • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders, including explaining API endpoints, integration use cases, and product value propositions.
- • Experience in active troubleshooting of complex technical issues, with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving customer-facing problems.
- • Fast learner with intense curiosity, capable of rapidly understanding new technologies and articulating their business value in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- • Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals, including DNS, TCP/IP, OSI model, firewalls, web proxies, and SIEM/TIP/SOAR platforms, is strongly preferred.
- • Experience with JSON/RESTful APIs, Big Data concepts, and on-premise data management is a bonus.
