Full Job Description

šŸ“‹ Description

  • • Own the Southeast region’s revenue engine for Safe, a category-defining cyber-risk management platform. You will be the single point of accountability for a multi-million-dollar annual quota, translating Safe’s mission into a repeatable, scalable growth machine across Fortune 1000 enterprises and high-growth mid-market accounts.
  • • Build, inspire, and coach a world-class enterprise sales pod (6-10 Account Executives + SEs + BDRs) that consistently outperforms the market. You will personally interview every hire, design onboarding paths, and run weekly deal clinics grounded in MEDDICC and Command of the Message so that every rep can articulate Safe’s differentiated value in dollars and risk-reduction terms.
  • • Architect and execute a data-driven territory plan that balances green-field hunting, whitespace expansion, and strategic account penetration. You will leverage Safe’s proprietary risk telemetry, intent data, and partner ecosystem to prioritize the 50 highest-value logos and create a 3Ɨ pipeline coverage model that yields predictable quarterly bookings.
  • • Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CFOs, and Board Risk Committees. You will quarterback multi-threaded campaigns that map Safe’s cyber-risk quantification platform to business-critical outcomes such as reduced breach probability, lower insurance premiums, and regulatory capital relief. Expect to be in front of executives 40 % of your time—both virtually and on-site—delivering board-level narratives that turn cyber risk into a board-level imperative.
  • • Drive flawless execution of complex, seven-figure transactions. You will personally own the top 5 deals each quarter, orchestrating legal, procurement, security, and finance work-streams while protecting margin and accelerating signature dates. Your negotiation playbook will include creative structures such as shared-savings agreements, multi-year ramp schedules, and performance-based renewals.
  • • Forge and scale channel partnerships with elite VARs, GSIs, and advisory firms (e.g., Accenture Security, Optiv, GuidePoint). You will co-sell alongside partner executives, co-author thought-leadership content, and negotiate joint business plans that deliver 30 % of regional pipeline within 18 months.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally to turn customer insight into product roadmap gold. You will run quarterly win-loss reviews with Product, feed competitive intelligence to Marketing, and champion customer success stories that fuel demand gen campaigns and analyst relations.
  • • Evangelize Safe’s vision at RSA, Gartner Summits, FS-ISAC, and invite-only CISO roundtables. You will keynote, moderate panels, and host executive briefings that position Safe as the definitive cyber-risk authority and generate a self-sustaining inbound pipeline.
  • • Instill a culture of radical transparency and continuous improvement. You will implement OKRs, weekly forecast rigor, and deal-scorecard dashboards that give every stakeholder real-time visibility into pipeline health, stage conversion rates, and revenue predictability.
  • • Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and serve as a member of the global Sales Leadership Team. You will contribute to pricing strategy, segment design, and international expansion plans, shaping Safe’s go-to-market evolution from $50 M to $200 M ARR.
