📋 Description

• • As a Solutions Engineer (Core AI) at Mendix, you will play a pivotal role in helping enterprise customers design, build, and deploy intelligent applications using Mendix’s low-code platform enhanced with AI capabilities. You will bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business needs, enabling organizations to accelerate innovation through AI-powered solutions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements, designing AI-integrated solution architectures using Mendix Studio Pro and AI modules, conducting technical workshops and proofs of concept, and providing expert guidance on model integration, data flows, and deployment strategies. You will also contribute to internal enablement by creating demo assets, best practice guides, and training materials that showcase the power of AI in low-code development.
• • You will join a global, cross-functional team of solutions engineers, product specialists, and AI experts within Mendix’s Customer Success and Professional Services organization. The team operates across key European hubs including London, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Munich, Berlin, Erlangen, Frankfurt, and Stuttgart, fostering a collaborative, innovation-driven culture backed by Siemens’ global scale and resources.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise AI application development, gain hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning operations (MLOps), and AI ethics in low-code environments, and develop strong consulting and presentation skills. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how leading enterprises adopt AI responsibly and at scale, positioning yourself at the forefront of the intelligent automation movement.
