- • As a Solutions Engineer at Ashby, you will partner with German-fluent Account Executives to secure technical and commercial wins with DACH customers by demonstrating how Ashby’s platform transforms their hiring processes.
- • You will deliver personalized product demonstrations, facilitate structured product trials, coordinate RFP responses, and use discovery skills and empathy to articulate the business impact of Ashby’s solutions.
- • You will join a fast-growing, innovative company backed by top investors, serving industry leaders like Snowflake, OpenAI, and Shopify, where you’ll help shape the future of talent acquisition technology.
- • In this role, you will deepen your product expertise, translate customer feedback into product improvements, and develop repeatable processes that scale the solutions engineering function while making a tangible impact on global hiring practices.
