- • As a Solutions Engineer, Enterprise at Deepgram, you will be the technical linchpin ensuring enterprise restaurant customers successfully deploy and derive measurable value from Deepgram’s voice AI platform—turning complex integrations into seamless, production-grade experiences that power real-world voice applications at scale.
- • You will embed directly with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer, leading discovery, scoping, and solution design for prospects and enterprise clients, translating business needs into technical architectures that align with Deepgram’s STT, TTS, and voice agent capabilities.
- • You will own the end-to-end technical implementation lifecycle—from initial API integration and SDK configuration through deployment, go-live, optimization, and ongoing production support—ensuring Deepgram’s platform works flawlessly within complex restaurant tech stacks including POS systems, ordering flows, and menu structures.
- • You will adapt and customize Deepgram’s platform to meet unique operational constraints, writing code, debugging production issues, and resolving edge cases in real time, serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges during and after deployment.
- • You will codify successful deployment patterns into reusable tools, reference architectures, playbooks, and building blocks that enable faster, more reliable scaling across large restaurant fleets and technology ecosystems, directly influencing product evolution.
- • You will act as the critical feedback loop between customers and Deepgram’s product and engineering teams, translating real-world deployment challenges into actionable requirements that shape future platform improvements and innovation.
- • You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, operating with extreme ownership and urgency—treating every deployment as if your name is on the product—while comfortably engaging in customer Slack channels, walking technical teams through API integrations, and advocating for customer success.
- • You will thrive in an AI-first environment where experimentation, rapid learning, and adapting to evolving AI tools are not just encouraged but expected—continuously pushing the boundaries of what voice AI can do in enterprise settings.
- • You will work remotely with a base in New York City, enabling close proximity to key customers and partners, while embracing up to 50% travel for onsite engagements, sales support, and deep technical collaborations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience working across APIs, SDKs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure, and diverse customer tech stacks.
- • Proven ability to write code, debug production issues, and ship fixes—demonstrating extreme ownership and a bias for action when solving customer technical problems.
- • Deep customer obsession: a personal commitment to technical success, taking ownership of customer outcomes and persisting until deployments are bulletproof and deliver measurable value.
- • High slope learner: ability to rapidly adapt, learn new tools and models (including AI coding assistants), and thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments without needing constant structure.
