- • As an Expansion Solutions Engineer at Vanta, you will be a pivotal technical advisor, instrumental in guiding our valued customers through the intricacies of our comprehensive security and compliance solutions. Your primary objective will be to foster clarity, ensure technical feasibility, and achieve seamless alignment on the end-to-end Vanta platform, thereby driving customer success and deepening their engagement with our offerings.
- • In close collaboration with our dedicated Account Management and Customer Success teams, you will leverage your deep technical acumen to architect and present custom-tailored solutions. This strategic partnership is crucial for not only securing customer renewals but also for significantly increasing product adoption and expanding the scope of Vanta's services within existing accounts.
- • You will act as a vital conduit, bridging the gap between our innovative product development teams and the real-world needs of our customer base. Your exceptional communication skills will be employed to distill complex customer feedback into pointed, actionable insights, directly informing our product roadmap and contributing to Vanta's continuous improvement ethos of getting '1% better every day'.
- • A core responsibility will be to build and maintain robust, trust-based technical partnerships with key customer accounts. This involves engaging proactively with customer stakeholders, from individual contributors to executive sponsors, ensuring their technical needs are met and their strategic objectives are aligned with Vanta's capabilities.
- • You will be responsible for conducting compelling product demonstrations, managing customer trials, and engaging in various forms of technical communication to showcase the value and functionality of Vanta's platform.
- • Developing a profound understanding of Vanta's product suite is paramount. This includes mastering its capabilities, integration points, configuration options, strategic messaging, the broader partner ecosystem, and the competitive landscape. This knowledge will empower you to provide expert guidance and identify expansion opportunities.
