- • As a Solutions Engineer Expert (CPAs) for Weekday's client, you will serve as the internal voice of the customer, bridging finance expertise with technical solution design to solve complex billing and revenue recognition challenges for enterprise clients.
- • Day to day, you will comprehend customer billing frameworks, configure contracts and pricing, convert business needs into workflows, collaborate with Sales on demos and RFPs, engage finance leaders on revenue recognition topics, create demo environments, advocate for customer needs with Product and Engineering, and develop solution documentation and onboarding materials.
- • You will join a dynamic, client-focused team at Weekday that partners with innovative SaaS companies to deliver technical expertise in finance-driven solutions, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success in North American markets.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in revenue recognition, billing systems, and ERP configurations while influencing product roadmap through customer insights, gaining visibility into enterprise finance operations and advancing your career as a trusted advisor at the intersection of finance and technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6 to 10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
- • CPA certification or equivalent experience in accounting, audit, financial operations, or ERP consulting.
- • Practical experience performing revenue recognition using Excel and/or ERP systems.
- • Thorough understanding of the finance function, including close cycles, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable hygiene.
- • Comfortable managing deal cycles exceeding $75k and navigating multi-stakeholder purchasing processes.
- • Experience supporting customers in global markets, particularly in North America.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate solution rationale beyond implementation details.
- • Basic conceptual knowledge of software and AI architectures, APIs, and workflow analysis.
- • Strong analytical mindset with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- • High level of ownership, curiosity, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- • Availability to work standard US business hours (ET/PT) on weekdays.
