📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating Lakera’s AI security platform, translating customer needs into tailored solutions using Check Point's AI Defense Plane.
• Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure rapid customer onboarding and accelerate time-to-value for enterprise clients implementing the platform.
• Design and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and pre-sales/post-sales workflows to standardize and scale the Solutions Engineering function.
• Configure and customize the platform to meet specific prospect and customer requirements, delivering minor technical changes as needed during the sales and implementation cycles.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from prospects and customers, directly feeding insights into Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap priorities.
• Build scalable playbooks, best practices, and repeatable processes to establish a robust and efficient Solutions Engineering function as the company scales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align on customer outcomes and ensure seamless delivery of AI security solutions.
• Present technical demonstrations and architecture overviews to technical and non-technical stakeholders in 1:1 meetings, small groups, and large conference settings.
• Support large-scale enterprise deployments by leveraging expertise in at least one hyperscaler environment (AWS, GCP, Azure) and integrating with modern infrastructure tooling.
• Navigate complex enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes to facilitate smooth adoption of Lakera’s AI security platform.
• Act as a technical advocate for ethical and secure AI adoption, aligning customer implementations with the company’s mission to ensure AI does what we want it to do.
• Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of projects from initial discovery through successful customer delivery.
• Travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support on-site implementations across the United States.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript ecosystems
• Demonstrated experience enabling large-scale implementations on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience navigating enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to technical and executive audiences
• Self-starter mindset with a track record of driving projects to completion in fast-moving environments
