- • In your day-to-day activities, you will engage in comprehensive assessments of customer data center environments, meticulously evaluating existing infrastructure technologies to identify areas for enhancement and optimization. A core responsibility will be the design and proposal of bespoke infrastructure solutions, ensuring they precisely meet the unique business objectives and technical requirements of each client. You will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing robust technical relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and other strategic partners, staying consistently abreast of the latest product advancements and industry trends to bring the most effective solutions to our customers. Furthermore, you will serve as a vital conduit for knowledge transfer, providing in-depth product training and technical education to both the internal sales team and our valued customers, empowering them with the insights needed to make informed decisions. You will act as a trusted IT advisor for clients, working in close partnership with Field Account Executives to deliver unparalleled service and strategic guidance. A significant aspect of your role will involve actively managing the solution practice pipeline, which includes developing strategic approaches for top-tier prospects and diligently working to acquire new business opportunities. You will proactively identify and uncover technology opportunities across a broad spectrum of critical IT domains, including Data Center, Cloud, Network, Security, Collaboration, and broader Services spaces, ensuring a holistic approach to client solutions. Your expertise will be leveraged to develop solutions that not only fit customers' immediate needs but also align with their long-term budgets and strategic roadmaps, demonstrating a keen understanding of both technical and financial considerations. To ensure comprehensive account management and strategic alignment, you will engage with multiple layers of client contacts, from CIOs and IT Directors to CTOs, fostering strong relationships at all levels.
