• • As a Solutions Engineer II at Storyblok, you will be instrumental in bridging the technical capabilities of our cutting-edge headless CMS with the diverse and evolving needs of our enterprise clients. This high-impact role is central to our go-to-market strategy, requiring a dynamic individual who can act as a trusted technical advisor and a strategic partner to our sales, product, partner, and customer success teams.
• • You will be the technical champion for potential clients, working hand-in-hand with Account Executives to deeply understand their business challenges and articulate precisely how Storyblok's innovative platform can deliver tangible value. This involves not just presenting features, but crafting compelling narratives around solutions that drive business outcomes.
• • A core responsibility will be to lead and deliver engaging product demonstrations and in-depth technical deep dives. These sessions must be meticulously tailored to resonate with a wide spectrum of stakeholders, from highly technical developers and architects to business-focused marketing and executive teams, ensuring clarity and impact for all.
• • You will be tasked with creating and presenting comprehensive technical proposals, detailed architectural diagrams, and robust proof-of-concept (POC) solutions. This includes developing sample applications, prototypes, and code snippets that vividly showcase the power, flexibility, and extensibility of the Storyblok platform, empowering clients to envision their future success.
• • As a subject matter expert in the rapidly evolving headless content management space, you will provide invaluable guidance to clients. This includes advising on industry best practices, recommending optimal integration strategies, and identifying opportunities for performance and workflow optimization, positioning Storyblok as a strategic partner in their digital transformation.
• • You will play a key role in empowering our ecosystem by assisting in the elevation of the knowledge and capabilities of Storyblok’s implementation partners. This involves training, enablement, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure partners can effectively leverage and deploy Storyblok solutions.
• • Post-sale, you will lead crucial client onboarding sessions, ensuring a smooth transition and effective knowledge transfer to our Customer Success teams. This handover is critical for long-term client satisfaction and success, requiring clear documentation and communication.
• • You will serve as a vital conduit between our clients and our internal product development teams. By diligently gathering and synthesizing client feedback, you will advocate for feature enhancements and product improvements, directly influencing the future roadmap of Storyblok and ensuring our platform remains at the forefront of the industry.
• • Representing Storyblok at key industry events, webinars, and customer forums is an integral part of this role. You will be a visible and articulate ambassador for our brand, sharing insights and engaging with the broader community.
