- • As a Solutions Engineering Manager at Lakera, you will lead and build a high-performing global Solutions Engineering team while acting as a player-coach in strategic enterprise deals, combining hands-on technical leadership with people development.
- • You will own the technical pre-sales process, drive revenue growth, and ensure successful customer adoption of Lakera’s AI Defense Plane by collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
- • You will work within a fast-moving, mission-driven company that is part of Check Point, dedicated to securing AI systems for Fortune 500s, startups, and foundation model providers, known for innovations like the Gandalf AI security game.
- • In this role, you will shape team culture, establish scalable processes, influence product roadmap through customer feedback, and grow your leadership and technical expertise in AI security and enterprise sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- • Experience managing or mentoring technical teams with a strong interest in people leadership and team development
- • Proven experience working with enterprise customers and complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- • Strong technical background including proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript ecosystems
- • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure); familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- • Solid understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes
