- • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating Lakera’s AI security platform, translating customer needs into tailored solutions using Check Point's AI Defense Plane.
- • Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure rapid customer onboarding and accelerate time-to-value for enterprise clients implementing the platform.
- • Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and playbooks to standardize pre-sales and post-sales workflows across the organization.
- • Support product configuration and execute minor technical changes required for prospect and customer deployments, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- • Collect and synthesize feedback from prospects and customers, directly feeding insights into Product and Engineering teams to influence platform roadmap priorities.
- • Build scalable Solutions Engineering functions by creating repeatable best practices, standardized demos, and implementation templates for enterprise AI security deployments.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align on customer outcomes and drive product-market fit.
- • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, security teams, and engineering stakeholders, both in 1:1 settings and at large conferences.
- • Navigate complex enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes to facilitate successful B2B product adoption across Fortune 500 companies and startups.
- • Enable large-scale AI security implementations on AWS, GCP, or Azure, ensuring architectures are secure, scalable, and aligned with customer environments.
- • Act as a technical advocate for ethical and secure AI adoption, aligning customer solutions with Lakera’s mission to protect against adversarial misalignment in AI systems.
- • Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of end-to-end customer technical engagements from initial discovery through successful deployment.
- • Represent Lakera at industry events and within customer ecosystems, building credibility as a trusted advisor in AI security innovation.
- • Leverage hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to support infrastructure-as-code and containerized AI deployments for enterprise clients.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of adversarial attacks on AI models and the security challenges facing foundation model providers and AI application builders.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Gandalf and other AI security tools by incorporating real-world customer use cases into product enhancements.
