• • As a Solutions Engineer for PerfectScale by DoiT, you will be a critical technical leader within our dynamic Solutions Engineering team, playing a pivotal role in supporting our extensive customer base, primarily across the United States. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility for talented individuals based in Mexico, Colombia (as full-time employees), and Costa Rica or Brazil (as contractors). The role requires a commitment to working primarily within U.S. Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours, ensuring seamless collaboration with our clients and internal teams.

• • In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Account Executive team, acting as a trusted technical advisor to deliver exceptional value throughout the entire customer journey. Your primary focus will be on showcasing and implementing our cutting-edge Kubernetes optimization capabilities.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass several key areas:
• • **Technical Qualification & Discovery:** You will partner with Account Executives to conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions. This involves thoroughly understanding the prospect's existing technical environment, identifying specific Kubernetes challenges, defining their cost optimization goals, and aligning with their key business objectives.
• • **Technical Validation & POC Leadership:** You will own and drive the technical validation process and Proof of Concepts (POCs) specifically for PerfectScale. This includes meticulous preparation, proactive management throughout the engagement, and ensuring successful technical outcomes that clearly demonstrate value and align with prospect requirements.
• • **Platform Demonstrations:** You will develop and deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations of the PerfectScale platform. These presentations will effectively showcase its advanced capabilities and directly address the unique use cases and concerns of each prospect.
• • **Business Case & ROI Development:** Leveraging your analytical prowess and deep understanding of Kubernetes, you will construct persuasive business cases and robust ROI analyses. These will clearly articulate the tangible value, significant cost savings, and performance improvements achievable with PerfectScale.
• • **PerfectScale Expertise:** You will become the internal subject matter expert for PerfectScale, ensuring that prospects achieve optimal results and experience a seamless implementation process.
• • **Technical Win Ownership:** You will take full ownership of achieving the technical win for PerfectScale engagements. This involves guiding prospects through the technical evaluation, addressing all technical requirements, and building strong technical confidence in our solution.
• • **Event & Conference Presentations:** You will represent DoiT and PerfectScale at company events and industry conferences, delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations to a broader audience, highlighting our Kubernetes optimization expertise and platform capabilities.
• • **Accurate, Timely Documentation:** You will ensure the timely entry of data into internal business support solutions and contribute to the development of systems and tools that provide key business information and metrics, thereby highlighting performance and effectiveness.
