- • As a Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) at Lavendo Inc., you will serve as the technical heartbeat of the revenue organization, bridging complex privacy technology with enterprise sales by translating sophisticated AI-powered data governance capabilities into compelling business value for technical and executive stakeholders.
- • You will lead end-to-end pre-sales engagements including discovery, solution design, tailored demonstrations, and proof-of-concept management, while configuring demo environments using REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, Python, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to validate technical fit and drive deal progression.
- • You will join a lean, high-ownership team at a fast-growing, privately held SaaS company specializing in enterprise-grade AI-powered privacy governance, trusted by Fortune 500 clients across retail, financial services, healthcare, and telecom to automate consent management, data mapping, DSARs, PII discovery, and vendor risk management.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), sharpen your ability to communicate technical concepts to C-suite audiences, and directly influence product strategy by capturing and translating market feedback from prospects to engineering teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years of experience in pre-sales / solutions engineering at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
- • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- • Hands-on technical proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, and at least one cloud platform (AWS or Azure)
- • Coding/scripting exposure: LAMP stack, JavaScript, jQuery, Python, or SQL — sufficient to configure demos and troubleshoot integrations
- • Experience leading POC engagements end-to-end with structured success criteria
- • Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship or transfer
