📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating Lakera’s AI security platform, translating customer needs into tailored solutions using Check Point's AI Defense Plane.
• Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure rapid onboarding and measurable value realization for customers post-sale.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and workflow standards to streamline pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Configure and customize the platform to meet specific prospect and customer requirements, delivering minor technical changes as needed.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from prospects and customers to inform product roadmap decisions, directly influencing product evolution.
• Build scalable Solutions Engineering playbooks, templates, and repeatable best practices to establish a foundation for future team growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align technical delivery with business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Demonstrate the platform’s capabilities through live demonstrations, technical deep dives, and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences in 1:1, small group, and conference settings.
• Support enterprise-level deployments by navigating complex security, compliance, and IT procurement processes within large organizations.
• Work closely with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and foundation model providers to secure their AI stacks and enable responsible AI adoption.
• Contribute to the broader AI security ecosystem by leveraging experience with adversarial misalignment, AI agent safety, and real-world AI deployment challenges.
• Maintain a deep understanding of AI security threats and mitigation strategies to effectively position Lakera’s solutions against emerging risks.
• Operate with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of projects from initial engagement through successful implementation.
• Travel as required to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support regional sales initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript ecosystems.
• Proven track record of enabling large-scale implementations on at least one hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure), with preferred experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate enterprise security, compliance, and IT processes for B2B product deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience working directly with customers of varying sizes, particularly large enterprises.
