- • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating Lakera’s AI security platform, translating customer needs into tailored solutions using Check Point's AI Defense Plane.
- • Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure rapid customer onboarding and accelerate time-to-value for enterprise clients deploying the platform.
- • Design and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and playbooks to standardize pre-sales and post-sales workflows across the customer lifecycle.
- • Support product configuration and execute minor technical changes required for prospect and customer implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- • Collect and synthesize feedback from prospects and customers, directly feeding insights into Product and Engineering teams to influence platform roadmap and feature prioritization.
- • Build scalable Solutions Engineering frameworks, including repeatable best practices, technical playbooks, and implementation templates to support growth and consistency.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to align on customer outcomes and drive product-market fit.
- • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences, including C-suite executives, security teams, and engineering stakeholders, in 1:1, small group, and large conference settings.
- • Navigate complex enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes to facilitate successful B2B deployments for Fortune 500 companies and startups.
- • Enable large-scale AI security implementations on hyperscaler platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ensuring alignment with cloud architecture best practices and enterprise security standards.
- • Act as a technical advocate for secure and ethical AI adoption, aligning customer solutions with Lakera’s mission to protect AI systems from adversarial misalignment.
- • Operate with autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment, taking ownership of projects from initial engagement through successful delivery and handoff.
- • Represent Lakera at industry events and customer meetings, reinforcing brand credibility and technical authority in the AI security space.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role
- • Proficiency in Python and JavaScript ecosystems
- • Proven track record of enabling large-scale implementations on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- • Experience navigating enterprise security, compliance, and IT procurement processes
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and accountability
