  • As a Solutions Engineer at Lakera, you will be instrumental in driving sales velocity, enhancing customer success, and directly influencing our product's evolution as we scale our innovative AI Defense Plane.
  • This is a pivotal customer-facing role where you will serve as the primary technical liaison throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to post-sale support.
  • Your core responsibility will be to deeply understand prospective clients' unique challenges and technical environments, translating their needs into robust, tailored solutions architected using Lakera's cutting-edge platform.
  • You will architect and present solutions that leverage Lakera's AI Defense Plane to help enterprises effectively secure their AI stacks and unlock transformative, cutting-edge use cases.
  • This role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering, ensuring that Lakera consistently delivers on its mission to secure the future of AI.

  • You will be responsible for supporting product configuration and executing minor technical adjustments necessary for successful prospect and customer implementations, ensuring a smooth and effective deployment.
  • Your insights from direct customer interactions will be invaluable. You will act as a crucial conduit, feeding prospect feedback and real-world usage patterns directly into our Product and Engineering teams.

  • You will play a foundational role in establishing and scaling our Solutions Engineering function by developing playbooks, defining repeatable best practices, and contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the team.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or a similar position.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships and delivering technical solutions for large, complex organizations, ideally with experience in deeply technical enterprise products.
  • Strong proficiency in coding, particularly within the Python and JavaScript ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated experience enabling large-scale implementations on at least one major hyperscaler cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and IT processes and requirements inherent in implementing B2B products within large enterprise environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, from one-on-one meetings to large conference venues.
