- • This is a pivotal customer-facing role where you will serve as the primary technical liaison throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement to post-sale support.

- • Your insights from direct customer interactions will be invaluable. You will act as a crucial conduit, feeding prospect feedback and real-world usage patterns directly into our Product and Engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or a similar position.
- • Proven track record of successfully managing relationships and delivering technical solutions for large, complex organizations, ideally with experience in deeply technical enterprise products.
- • Strong proficiency in coding, particularly within the Python and JavaScript ecosystems.
- • Demonstrated experience enabling large-scale implementations on at least one major hyperscaler cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- • Familiarity with security, compliance, and IT processes and requirements inherent in implementing B2B products within large enterprise environments.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences, from one-on-one meetings to large conference venues.
