- • As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Infisical's customer base and ensuring a seamless, exceptional product experience for our users, from initial onboarding through to long-term success and adoption. This is a high-impact, customer-facing position that requires close collaboration with our CEO, sales, and engineering departments.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to drive the adoption of Infisical within organizations by effectively demonstrating its technical value, guiding customers through successful implementations, and fostering expanded product usage across their accounts. You will work directly with the CEO, engineering, and sales teams on a variety of critical initiatives.
- • Key activities will include running proof-of-concept engagements with prospective clients, meticulously guiding new customers through the onboarding process, and providing expert recommendations on best practices tailored to specific architectures and use cases.
- • You will be instrumental in ensuring that new customers are not only activated but also delighted with the product, with all their questions comprehensively answered, establishing yourself as a trusted technical advisor to both customer and business leaders.
- • In tandem with our Account Executives, you will lead engaging demo and discovery calls, diving deep into customer needs and showcasing how Infisical can solve their challenges.
- • A significant part of your role will involve daily interaction with customers to identify points of friction and potential improvements within their existing workflows. This requires a deep understanding of their needs, enabling you to provide invaluable feedback that directly influences our product roadmap.
- • You will develop a keen understanding of the user journey, leveraging this insight to guide the UX and DX roadmap, ensuring Infisical remains intuitive and powerful for all users.
- • To further empower our customer base, you will host webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders, disseminating best practices and advanced usage techniques.
- • Based on direct customer feedback and your own observations, you will actively contribute to improving our documentation and public-facing materials, making Infisical more accessible and understandable.
- • Your contributions will be foundational as we scale to serve thousands of customers over the next 18 months, making you one of the defining elements of our team's success.
- • This role demands a proactive, technically adept individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will be the technical bridge between Infisical's innovative solutions and the diverse needs of our growing customer base.

🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps (open-source contributions are a significant plus).
