  • • As a Solutions Engineer at Vanta, you will be the cornerstone of our sales process, acting as a trusted technical advisor to prospective and existing customers across the EMEA region, with a specific focus on our French-speaking market.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the technical intricacies of Vanta's Trust Management Platform, ensuring a deep understanding of how our solutions can address their unique security and compliance challenges.
  • • You will be an indispensable partner to our Account Executives, collaborating closely to conduct strategic discovery sessions. This involves meticulously uncovering the technical, operational, and business pain points that our potential clients are experiencing, and validating how Vanta can provide tangible solutions that drive measurable impact and create a sense of urgency.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be to secure the "Solution Win" by validating the technical feasibility of Vanta's offerings within the customer's existing environment. You will drive clarity around success criteria, ensuring all stakeholders develop a shared vision for the end-to-end solution – a solution that is not only desirable and viable but also perfectly aligned with their strategic objectives.
  • • You will be responsible for delivering high-impact, narrative-driven technical demonstrations. These presentations will be meticulously tailored to showcase precisely how Vanta resolves the specific problems identified during discovery, demonstrating not just features but tangible value.
  • • This will involve validating the feasibility of both standard and semi-complex integrations, confirming seamless alignment with the customer's unique environments, workflows, and existing architectures.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in solution strategy and deal shaping. By working in lockstep with Account Executives, you will align the customer's defined success criteria with Vanta's distinctive capabilities. This proactive approach includes identifying and surfacing potential technical risks early on, and proposing clear, actionable pathways to ensure focused deal progression and mutual success for both Vanta and our clients.
  • • A crucial part of your role involves ensuring a seamless post-sale handoff to our Customer Success and Support teams. You will meticulously create and complete comprehensive handoff documents that clearly capture the finalized solution design, agreed-upon expectations, and any identified risks or constraints, ensuring continuity and client satisfaction.
  • • You will act as a vital conduit for market intelligence, serving as a trusted technical voice that listens intently to customer feedback. This feedback will be systematically channeled back to our Product team, influencing future functionality prioritization and directly contributing to the identification of new sales opportunities.
  • • You will provide dedicated support to customers throughout their trial period with Vanta, ensuring they have a positive and productive experience as they evaluate our platform.
  • • Beyond individual contributions, you will be instrumental in cultivating a collaborative and innovative team environment. This includes fostering a culture of openness, encouraging creativity, and championing continuous improvement across the sales engineering function.
  • • Given the specific focus on supporting our French Market account teams and customers, full French language proficiency is an essential requirement for this role, enabling effective communication and relationship building.
  • • This position is based in our London office, requiring an office-centric hybrid schedule with standard in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, facilitating close collaboration and team synergy.
  • • You will leverage your technical expertise to build trust, demonstrate value, and ultimately contribute to Vanta's mission of helping businesses earn and prove trust through continuous security monitoring and verification.
