Full Job Description

📋 Description

  • Serve as the technical backbone of Luminovo’s North American go-to-market efforts by supporting pre-sales activities alongside Account Executives, including live platform demos and technical deep dives for OEM and EMS prospects.
  • Build tailored ROI cases for potential customers in the electronics manufacturing industry to strengthen commercial close opportunities and enable Account Executives to focus on deal progression.
  • Own the end-to-end customer onboarding process for new clients during the first 4 to 8 weeks, including tenant configuration, system setup, user training, and ensuring rapid time-to-value.
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in the Luminovo platform and the broader electronics manufacturing supply chain landscape to effectively address technical questions from industry experts.
  • Proactively identify implementation risks during onboarding and ensure projects remain on track, on budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Translate real-world customer feedback, pain points, and usage patterns into prioritized, revenue-anchored insights for the Product and Engineering teams to influence product roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment across the customer lifecycle.
  • Participate in regular team retreats and selected industry events, with travel covered by the company, to strengthen team cohesion and represent Luminovo in key markets.
  • Work remotely within the United States, with a preference for candidates based in or near Austin, TX, and maintain full coverage during U.S. business hours.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to electronics industry professionals, translating complex platform capabilities into clear, accessible explanations without jargon.
  • Rapidly acquire knowledge across multiple platform modules and industry verticals, prioritizing breadth and adaptability over narrow specialization.
  • Contribute to the scaling of Luminovo’s U.S. operations as part of a well-funded European scale-up with over 300 active customers globally.
  • Engage with a collaborative, international team spanning offices in Munich, Berlin, New York, Austin, and other global locations, fostering a culture of psychological safety and impact-driven work.

🎯 Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen or permanent resident)
  • Demonstrated understanding of the electronics manufacturing industry (OEM/EMS context)
  • Technical foundation, typically from a degree in science or engineering (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to rapidly learn and adapt across technical domains and customer use cases
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts simply to industry experts
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for team retreats and industry events

🏖️ Benefits

  • Opportunity to join the North American expansion of a well-funded European scale-up with over 300 customers
  • Role at the technical heart of sales and onboarding with clear growth potential as the team scales
  • AI is core to the product, not just a marketing feature
  • Remote-first work environment with U.S. business hour coverage required
  • Travel for team retreats and industry events fully covered by the company
  • Collaborative, international team culture with offices in Munich, Berlin, New York, Austin, and beyond
